MINDFULNESS & EMBODIED WELLBEING
Helping you reconnect with yourself and what matters most
there is a different way to live
Sometimes letting go is not about giving up. It's making space for a life that feels more honest.
If you're tired of constant striving, walking a path that is not yours, staying in a lifestyle or identity you've outgrown, pushing your feelings and needs aside, or feeling like something is missing in your life, you are welcome here.
This is a place to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and discover a more heart-led way to live.
Hi, I’m Christine
I support people to live more mindfully and wholeheartedly. This is about growth without force—more like an unfolding: a process of creating the conditions for clarity, emotional balance, healthy boundaries, and self-trust to develop naturally.
I hold qualifications in psychology, professional coaching, creative arts therapy, dance movement therapy, integrative somatic trauma therapy, and mindfulness meditation. My work integrates these disciplines with an understanding of mental health and wellbeing, drawing on evidence-based approaches to support embodied, lasting change.
Ultimately, this work is about coming home to yourself—so you can live with greater ease, integrity, and wholeheartedness.

“Our bodies know that they belong, it is our minds that make our lives so homeless… When we are in rhythm with our own nature, things flow and balance naturally.”
